Europe is in the age of imperialism. International investors are trying to influence political area in Europe. Great empires are controlled by different investors. 6 imperialist nations build factories, troops and fleets and are trying to expand their power in Europe. They collect taxes from occupied regions for the purpose to pay interest to their investors. Changing financial groups makes new strategic alliances and starts conflicts between empires. In this board game players are international investors. In spite of how many players are playing the game, all six great empires are participating in the game.
